A Tradition of Excellence

Nestled in the heart of Parrish, Florida, The Club boasts a 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course designed by renowned architect Ted McAnlis. Spanning 192 acres, our course is part of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System, blending natural beauty with an abundance of wildlife.

Beyond golf, our club offers a fully-equipped fitness center, certified trainers, classes, sauna, Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball courts, a Junior Size Olympic pool, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

The heart of our community is The Clubhouse, where everyone is welcome to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cold beer and something from our seasonal menu. We host member events, special occasions such as weddings and private banquets, and celebrations that bring our guests and our community together.

This place is a hidden gem for weddings! Our wedding was just perfect. The food was amazing, Chef Sef and Nate are literally the best – these people know food! People were raving how great our food was during and after the wedding. Would recommend eating here, saying “I do” here, and everything in between.

Major improvements have been made the kitchen staff and head chef are incredible! Extremely fun place to play a round of golf followed by a great meal with fun laughing folks. Five stars.

Are you ready to use every club in your bag? Well…you will here!! If you plan to play this track you will have to be strategic!! The layout is one of the most challenging but inviting!! This is worth the time, the money and the travel from anywhere!! Thank you Beast 😊 I’ll be back!!!

Worth the Drive

Plays: A few times a week

I’ve played this course a few times over the years and if I can find a good deal it’s well worth the drive from St. Pete. Staff is friendly & practice area feels like a private club with free balls on the range, chipping and putting greens. The course is not too difficult but there’s lots of water and big sandy bunkers. Carts are brand new GPS and even warn you when there’s an alligator nearby which is handy! Going back in a few weeks.

Jessie and the Catering Team did an excellent job with 2 dinner parties for our Ballet Festival. Excellent communication, attentive waitstaff, and able to accommodate dietary needs. Highly recommended for your next event!

Not bad at all!

the course is playing a lot better than others in the area (Plantation, river club, buffalo creek).

Greens were rolling true and tee boxes were pure.

Have no input on the Pace of Play, I was the first one out at 7 am.

Definitely a good bang for your buck course.

Went to the Wolfhaus pub. Was great food. Made up my own craft cocktail with raspberry mocktail and added tequila. Fabulous. Wings were great,grouper sandwhich also fantastic. Good service too! A+

The country club is stunning!! The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The manager especially has a strive to make sure you have a memorable time and I can tell that she is a problem solver (we didn’t have any problems at all.) Just the way she carries herself and interacts with patrons is such a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend going there even if it’s for a quick bite or to have a couple drinks! 🙌🏼 Thank you Janice & Club Staff for your hard work and hospitality!! 💕 Can’t wait to pop in there next time I’m down in FL!!

I had a wonderful time visiting the Club at River Wilderness, the club is very neat, clean and organized and the bar has wonderful drinks. The food is very tasty as well. This was my second time coming here and I had an amazing experience, I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed playing this course and will definitely play again. Yes, parts of it have been damaged due to our recent drought, but it's coming along. I'm not so particular of a golfer that I'll let some mild imperfections hamper my playing experience. Give it a shot, let yourself have fun and you will enjoy it.

While I was visiting my son and his family We visited the country club on a few occasions. Janice was amazing so sweet! She welcomed us with open arms! She introduced us to some of the staff that were there working. Everyone was so nice and friendly and welcoming! Thank you, Janice and your staff I will be back.!!!
